These terms govern your use of the Peca Bit website and the Peca Bit app preview. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Peca Bit provides a non-transactional preview of a mobile crypto market interface. The service is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational and demonstration purposes only. You may use it only where doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction, and only if you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree not to attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or otherwise disrupt the service or the public data sources it relies on.

The favorites watchlist is stored locally in your browser. It is not transmitted to Peca Bit or to any third party, and it is not associated with an account, because no accounts exist.
Peca Bit does not currently operate as a money transmitter, exchange, broker-dealer, custodian or payment service provider. Because the interface does not transmit value, hold customer funds or execute transactions, it does not perform the activities that would trigger those registrations.
Should Peca Bit later introduce transactional functionality, that functionality would be launched separately, subject to the applicable licensing, registration and compliance obligations in each jurisdiction where it is offered, and covered by revised terms published in advance on this page.
Peca Bit is in development. As of the date at the top of this page it holds no FinCEN MSB registration, no NMLS ID and no state money transmitter licence. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that such registrations exist. Any registration or licence numbers will be published in the footer of every page and in this section once they are issued.

Digital assets are volatile and speculative. Prices can move sharply in short periods and may fall to zero. Nothing on this website or in the app preview is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.
Past performance shown in any chart is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified, independent professional before acting on any information you find here.
Prices, 24-hour statistics, OHLC candles, order book snapshots and recent trades are retrieved from public third-party exchange endpoints. This data is provided for display only. It may be delayed, incomplete, cached, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable, and it may differ from the prices shown on any venue where an actual transaction could occur.
Where the public data source cannot be reached, the interface clearly marks the state as offline and falls back to static reference values so that the layout remains legible. Those fallback values are not live prices and must not be relied on for any purpose.
This website sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking identifiers. Nothing on the site requires a cookie banner because nothing here tracks you.
The app preview writes one entry to your browser's local storage, pecabit:favs, holding the trading pairs you starred. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not tied to any account because no accounts exist. Remove it at any time from Profile → Clear local favorites, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Installing the preview as a Progressive Web App also stores a cache of the interface files so the shell opens offline. That cache holds no personal data and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear site data. The support form displays a local confirmation message and does not create a ticket or send anything to a server.
The Peca Bit name, logo, interface design, copy and source code are the property of Peca Bit LLC. Third-party asset names, tickers and logos referenced in market listings remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peca Bit LLC and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the app preview — including losses arising from reliance on displayed market data, service interruption, or errors and omissions in content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
